very clean and spacious rooms, Thank God no carpet! Comfortable bed. Unexpected amenities for the price (iron & board, coffeemaker, fridge & microwave, hairdryer). The hotel was well maintained. Quiet and safe location.

Our rooms were cleaned each day, that better the hotels in kingsville. We had a good two days there.

Very affordable. Room is clean, craftsmanship of remodel is ok. Overall will stay again. All I need is clean room, good ac, hot water and decent bed. Has all of that so I am happy with stay.
